Merseyrail is a commuter rail network in the North West of England.
We settled on a playful style, leaning into vibrant colours and narrowed down three distinct scenes targeting three demographics; students, young professionals and older workers. The scenes are nestled into isometric train cars, depicting the variety of activities that can be enjoyed while travelling.
I was responsible for designing and modeling the stylised 3D characters and environments, as well as adding animation and compositing the final artwork for video and print.
The campaign was rolled out across social media and out-of-home advertising.
